About

My Story:
Poor gut health and skin issues have always been my struggle. One of my earliest memories is having to leave school early with a stomach ache. Growing up, my tummy troubles never really relented, and later, when all of the inflammation that was in my gut showed up on my face, I reached out to countless dermatologists whose only answer was harsh prescription medications.
When my mother died of colon cancer in her early 50’s, I knew it was time to focus on my health – specifically my gut! For myself, I always knew there was a gut-skin connection, and I was determined to learn all I could. I became a Registered Dietitian AND a Licensed Esthetician, and now I help people just like me banish tummy troubles and get the beautiful, glowing skin that we all desire and deserve. My approach is focused on gut health, whole foods, nutritional science and culinary skills. I use functional medicine tests in my analysis and nutritional supplements in my protocols. Speaking from experience and expertise, it takes work and commitment, but a qualified and dedicated guide (like myself) can help develop a plan that will help you heal your gut and your skin – leaving you feeling and looking amazing!
